1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 54 db platform and all services operated under it. By visiting the website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

54 db is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, and various other gaming activities. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

The platform is provided for personal and entertainment use only. Use of the service for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

These Terms must be read together with 54 db's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines — these three documents together form the complete agreement between the user and the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with 54 db, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Users must register under their own identity — opening an account under someone else's identity or with fictitious information is prohibited.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password confidential.

The account password must be kept sufficiently strong. If any suspicious activity is noticed, 54 db's support team must be informed immediately. 54 db will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access unless a fault on the platform's part is proven.

2.1 Identity Verification

54 db may at any time ask the user to submit identity documents (National ID, passport, or driving licence). If the documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

54 db firmly believes that online gaming is for adults only. Age verification is therefore mandatory during registration on the platform.

After registration is complete, identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may need to be completed before making any deposit or withdrawal. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID or passport).
• Proof of current address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If it is found that someone under 21 is using an account, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings from that account may be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

54 db supports transactions through the common mobile and banking methods available in Bangladesh. The following methods may be used:

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, this time may increase somewhat.

4.2 Source of Funds

Users must ensure they only use payment methods registered in their own name. Use of a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.

4.3 Bank Transfer

For bank transfer transactions, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted. If incorrect account details are provided, the user is responsible for any failed transactions.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

54 db offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and compliance with them is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various regular promotions are run, including weekly reloads, slots-specific bonuses, and weekend rewards. The specific terms for each promotion are announced separately.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once on a single account, unless the promotion's terms specifically permit it.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse or strategic betting is used to attempt to meet bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, 54 db's decision will be considered final.

6 Gaming Rules

Before participating in any game available on the 54 db platform, users must read the specific rules of that game carefully. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is displayed where applicable.

6.1 Technical Issues

If a game is disrupted due to a technical fault, 54 db will make a decision after a proper review. Unusually large winnings resulting from a technical fault may be subject to review and cancelled if necessary.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set on the platform for each game and bet type. These limits are displayed in the game's own interface. 54 db reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Live Sports Betting

In live betting, odds may change while an event is in progress. 54 db reserves the right to cancel or amend any bet until it is fully confirmed, particularly if incorrect odds were offered.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 54 db platform and immediate action will be taken if any such activity is detected:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Artificial or coordinated betting to take advantage of bonuses or promotions (Bonus Abuse, Arbitrage Betting).
• Account hacking, use of malware, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Attempting to fix the outcome of any game or colluding with other players to commit fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds.
• Harassing or behaving harmfully toward other users.
• Placing bets using automated software (bots) or scripts.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

54 db reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any reason, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.1 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account. In this case, all active bonuses or pending withdrawals must be settled first. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9 VIP and Loyalty Program

54 db has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each tier.

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total bets for the week (net loss). Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback will be received.

10 Limitation of Liability

54 db provides its services on an "as is" basis. 54 db will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Gaming being disrupted due to issues with the user's own device, internet connection, or software.
• A game stopping mid-session due to an unexpected technical fault or server disruption.
• Delays or failures on the part of a third-party payment processor.
• Consequences of the user sharing their own information with others or leaving their password unsecured.

54 db does not bear liability for any compensation beyond the user's winnings or for indirect losses. Betting on the platform always carries financial risk, and users accept that risk by accessing the platform.

11 Policy Changes and Updates

54 db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
